Welcome to Miautomart. We are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently. Please read the following delivery information carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 5-6 working days after successful payment confirmation.

Working days exclude public holidays, government holidays, festival holidays, and other non-working days.

Once an order is placed and payment is successfully received, our team verifies the order details, prepares the products, and arranges shipment through our delivery partners.

2. Shipping Charges

Miautomart does not offer free shipping.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery address, product weight, package dimensions, and courier service availability.

The final shipping charge will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a shipment confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.

Customers can track their shipment using the tracking link provided in the shipment confirmation email.

Tracking updates are provided via email only.

4. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

Miautomart shall not be held responsible for delivery delays caused by such circumstances.

5. Address Accuracy

Customers are solely responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at the time of placing an order.

  • Recipient name must be correct.
  • Contact number must be active and reachable.
  • Delivery address must be complete and accurate.
  • Postal / ZIP code must be correct.

Miautomart shall not be responsible for delivery failures, delays, returned shipments, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

6. Damaged or Missing Packages

If you receive a damaged package or discover missing items, you must notify Miautomart within 24 hours of delivery.

To process any claim, customers must provide:

  • A clear unboxing video recorded before opening the package.
  • Photos of the package and product if requested.
  • All original packaging materials.

Do not remove any tags, labels, stickers, seals, or packaging materials until the issue has been reviewed by our support team.

Claims submitted without a proper unboxing video may be rejected.

For missing items or damaged products, contact our support team immediately at info@miautomart.com.

7. No Return & No Exchange Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Miautomart follows a strict NO RETURN and NO EXCHANGE policy.

Customers are advised to carefully verify vehicle compatibility, product specifications, model details, and all order information before placing an order.

Once an order is placed, processed, or shipped:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled.
  • Products cannot be returned.
  • Products cannot be exchanged.
  • Refund requests will not be accepted except where required by applicable law.
